The Commercial Operations team is hiring, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Analytics to play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our global sales processes. In this high-visibility role, you will collaborate across teams, enhance reporting and workflows, and drive data-driven decision-making.

How You Will Add Value

As a Senior Manager, Sales Operations & Analytics, you will contribute to:

  • Strengthening sales operations processes through data analytics and insights.

  • Enhancing Salesforce CRM administration, improving adoption and efficiency.

  • Driving continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.

  • Shaping best practices for data-driven decision-making across global teams.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize Salesforce administration, ensuring best practices.

  • Implement data analytics strategies to improve sales reporting and forecasting.

  • Develop and refine workflows and automation to streamline sales processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Support change management in a newly restructured role.

  • Provide strategic insights on incoming sales propositions and business trends.

  • Ensure timely and accurate data visualization to aid leadership decision-making.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and Salesforce to maximize system capabilities.

Job requirements

About You

You are a proactive, analytical professional with a strong background in sales operations, CRM administration, and data analytics. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoy working cross-functionally to drive efficiencies.

  • Strong background in data analytics, with expertise in designing dashboards, reports, and integrating internal/external data sources.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Scientific, Commercial, and Leadership teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and drive technology adoption.

  • Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and supporting investment decisions.

  • Proven experience in Salesforce product management and administration.

  • Ability to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations.

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex initiatives.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at once without losing track: foreseeing and planning around potential obstacles as well as an ability to plan.

  • A motivated self-starter, capable of hitting the ground running and excelling in a high growth, entrepreneurial business.
